What can I say about PIMOs ??

I dont know. But it must seem like you're climbing a mountain with an elephant on your back. Knowing what you know,,,,,& especially with family and friends who are still die in the wool,, hardcore JW. With going to meetings and everything and acting like you're a believer.

The mental stress , anguish and anxiety must be off the chart.

That is being a PIMO now,,,and know what you know now. Maybe you have family,,, all your friends & maybe your job depends on it.....must be super stressful !!

I dont know how its possible to remain mentality in as a JW these days.

Crisis of Conscience is readily available on kindle. Or to order on amazon.

Forums like these.

A plethora of youtube videos. Videos you can go back from years ago & watch again & again.

Ignorance today,,,, is a choice.

What is Your Favorite WT Lie?

i would like to start a thread on lies that the watchtower and their reps have told.

surely we all have one or two that truly sticks out in our memories, no matter how much we would like to forget.

my favorite wt lie: the reason they don't want to release the name of the "scholars" who worked on the new world translation is because they do not want to accept "glory and honor" from others.

2024 year Highlights: JWs hit 9 million Publishers

watchtower put out some highlights for the 2024 service year:.

average publishers: 8,828,124. peak publishers: 9,043,460. a 43.2 percent increase in "those who returned to jehovah", meaning 65,816 were reinstated.

baptized: 296,267. memorial attendance: 21,119,442. missing stat: number of partakers .. womp womp.

The Borg lost its appeal to the New York supreme court.

Guess what?

Without any doubt the Borg will appeal to the U.S. Supreme court now. Usually,,, the higher court upholds the lower court ruling. The Borg will have to do some fancy lobbying to the U.S. supreme court to convince them.

The way the Borg is losing these court battles,,, you'd have to wonder if the rank and file think "" Is God truly behind this organization?".

To appear less harsh,, nicer,,, gentler....

But if JWs were asked to do something if asked by the GB,, including killing people,,,,without hesitation the $heeples would do it.

What you're saying about someone NOT wanting to be proven wrong is dead on.

This is no exception in JW. They would rather watch you choke to death. Than rather point out the screw-ups in their theology. And be happy watching you choke and not help you.
